At the end of 2019 we were approached by Walton Properties to produce a creative and detailed video of their beautiful development. The aim of the video was to arm the estate agents with some great information and visual eye candy of the homes to assist in sales.

We opted to also get a voiceover artist in to give the videos an even higher production value. The age range in mind for the sale of the properties is 50+ looking to downsize so we opted for a warm and inviting voice. 

We directed and planned the shoot in full and also assisted in the writing of the voiceover. The voiceover was recorded at our studio.
